what to expect
Don’t worry—I have plenty of experience working with kids! I keep the session fun and relaxed, letting your family interact naturally. Those authentic moments often make the best photos.
What if my kids don’t cooperate?
For outdoor sessions, we’ll keep an eye on the forecast leading up to the session. If needed, we can reschedule for a better day or move to an indoor location.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Sessions typically last about 30-90 minutes, depending on your session type. and collection. A full session gives us plenty of time for posed portraits and candid moments.
How long does the session last?
You can choose between my studio, your home, or an outdoor location in the Chicagoland area or beyond. I’m also happy to suggest beautiful spots that work well for the look you’re envisioning.

Upon booking your session, you will receive my style guide that helps you plan and prepare for your session.
What should we wear?
