Every wedding I shoot gets a roll of 35mm. Thirty-six frames, no screen to check, no retakes. You'll get the scans alongside your gallery, and they're almost always the ones that end up on the fridge.

Dance like no one
is watching
Everyone tells me they're awkward in photos. Then I show you where to stand, what to do with your hands, which way the light's coming from, and about ten minutes in, you forget I'm there. Watching that happen is my favorite part of the day.

Your favourite photographs will be ones nobody arranged. The look on your mum's face. Your friends completely losing it during the speeches. Your person, halfway through laughing at something you said. I spend the whole day watching for those, and they're always there.
